Eyelash fabric was inspired by a wave-like pattern from an antique Japanese decorative paper. The design is made up of a calming sea of fine, hand-drawn eyelashes that gently wash across the large repeat. We’ve also concealed – hiding in plain sight – a single eye in every 3 metres of the roll. 

Our Spring colourway, which took many revisions to fine-tune to the perfect shade, is an uplifting, balanced blue-grey and works well for curtains as shown here in these images in the Library at 188. The fabric has a slightly larger scale than its counterpart the Eyelash Wallpaper, providing a subtle contrast that teams well together. 

Our Eyelash Fabric is printed in the UK on a 100% cotton backcloth, which is perfect for drapery and light upholstery.

Additional Information

All our fabrics have passed the Cigarette FR test, but for upholstery need to be used in combination with a suitable FR interliner or backing to meet relevant FR standards.
