At Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textiles; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unwashed and uncut fabrics within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut yardage may be subject to a restocking fee unless the item is defective or damaged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the fabric to prevent heavy creasing and place it in the original packaging or a secure poly mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the textile quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
